About Dr. Ronna Kabler
Ronna Kabler, D.V.M. joined Mash in November of 2005. She is a 1986 graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed an internship in zoological and small animal medicine and surgery at Colorado State University of Veterinary Medicine in 1988.
Though Dr. Kabler worked in conventional clinics for many years, she was never satisfied that conventional medicine offered the best options for optimizing health in her patients.
After her own dog developed a severe illness which was cured with homeopathy, Dr. Kabler decided to change paths and embrace holistic medicine. She became particularly intrigued with homeopathy. After a year of self study, she enrolled in Dr. Richard Pitcairn’s Professional Homeopathy Course for Veterinarians. Dr. Kabler finished the course in February 2007. She continued her studies in Dr. Pitcairn’s Advanced Course in Veterinary Homeopathy through 2008 and attended his Annual Meeting in 2009. She regularly attends the yearly conferences of the Academy of Homeopathy. She is currently in the process of obtaining her certification in Veterinary Homeopathy.
During a appointment with Dr. Kabler, she will evaluate your pet thoroughly by careful history taking, physical examination and any necessary diagnostic tests. Then a plan to maximize the animal’s health and well-being is created. This includes homeopathic treatment as needed, formulating a fresh, wholesome diet with appropriate supplementation and minimizing the use of vaccinations, unnecessary drugs and pesticides. Dr. Kabler emphasizes the importance of cllient education and communication.
